To the homepage of the Australian Water Recycling Centre of Excellence. The Australian Water Recycling Centre of Excellence is enhancing the management and use of water recycling nationally and internationally through industry and research partnerships. In 2012 the Centre will continue to invest in a portfolio of industry-relevant research projects across the full water recycling spectrum, developing practical solutions to secure Australia's future water supply while at the same time building awareness and understanding in the community about this precious resource. Through its nationally competitive research projects the Centre will produce and commercialise new water recycling technologies, processes and approaches to enable the sustainable management of our water supply. With four rounds of funding complete, the Centre looks forward to the milestones, project reports and outcomes that will be produced by the projects already underway. The Centre has reviewed its Strategic Research Plan, which identifies goals to guide investment for the next three years, the status of water recycling development around the world and how the Centre's research will address current challenges. We invite all water industry members and research institutions to join us as we work to realise the opportunities that water recycling will contribute to sustainable water supplies and improved quality of our environment. |
